We recently had brunch at Prasino. I really liked the vibe here. Our server Kevin was fantastic. We had the ahi tuna and tuna tartare for appetizers, grouper taco and hanger steaks salad for entrée, and my little one was happy with the kid menu- chicken skewer with grilled corn and fresh fruit cup. It's a win-win. We didn't like the tuna tartare but everything else was delicious. It was such a great dinning experience, we're gonna be back for dinner.

I love Prasino and always eat well when I go here. This last visit, I went with my family while they were in town and we all enjoyed our meals very much. When we arrived, it was not too busy so we were able to be seated right away. Our server was helpful and went over the specials for the day with us and then gave us time to look over the menu. When she came back, my dad ordered the pasta special, I ordered the chicken sandwich special and my mom opted for the traditional breakfast (they serve breakfast until 3 pm). Everything came out fresh and hot which was perfect for such a cold day. We were all so hungry so it was easy for us to eat quickly while also sharing bites with one another. The chicken sandwich was served with a chipotle aioli which was really good and the side of potato wedges with truffle sauce was perfection. Definitely will continue to visit this spot when in the area!

I previously reviewed the brunch at Prasino and was not impressed but I have been to Prasino twice this year for work-adjacent events and was very impressed by the food and service. At one event, we had the entire restaurant rented out with passed appetizers and a 3 course dinner with choices for each course. I went with the Greek salad, filet, and molten chocolate cake. With such a large group and multiple tables, the timing of courses served was a bit off from time to time but all of the food was worth the wait as it was all delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for an event space if you're looking for one.

Easy to make reservations online, cozy vibes, great service including willing to communicate over gluten friendly options from menu. My prasino house salad and truffles potatoes were very good. My seasonal sangria was lovely.

So pleasantly surprised. I'm in St Charles for work. I googled "best salad" and Prasino popped up. I had a greek salad which was fresh and wonderful. Added salmon which had a light crispy exterior which made it even better. Had the sweet potato cheesecake and had to stop myself from eating the whole darn thing. So good. Great flavor. Had the El Pepino cocktail, which was a nice take on a margarita , very refreshing.

I really really enjoy Prasino. It's right off of the highway, easy to access, and conveniently located to so many other awesome local businesses in the Streets of St. Charles. We came here on a Friday and made a reservation an hour or two before our visit. We parked in front of the Drury and walked a bit to the entrance. Our hostess asked if we would like to sit inside or on the patio, and we chose patio. It was super busy, and I appreciated the option! Our server was super welcoming and personable, I believe his name was George. We ordered some drinks and he suggested the Italian spritz, which is like an aperol but has a bit more of a spice. Super delicious! My mom and I like to split things, so we both got the following items to share: wings, burger, prasino salad, and Greek salad. The salads were so fresh and were adored with great, colorful toppings. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the prasino salad dressing, as I assumed it would be sweet. Definitely wasn't, which I loved. The burger was cooked perfectly. I personally wasn't a big fan of the tomato jam they have on it, but it tasted delicious after I scraped it off. Lots of pickled onion which I like. The wings were wood fired and just the perfect amount of charred. I really liked the dip they were served with. This place has a place of feeling really special and I'm happy we spent our evening here!

Had a great meal here with a small group from a conference being held in the hotel nearby. The menu is not large but is varied, so everyone found something they liked, from my pepperoni flatbread to the strawberry green salad that pleased the vegans in the group. The chocolate-caramel dessert was just right shared with another person in our group to finish the meal. The restaurant is contemporary in decor and ambience, with a pleasant patio perfect when the weather is nice, as it was for us. Like most contemporary vibes, the indoor portion was a bit loud for conversation, so we were glad for the patio option. It's a nice choice if you're in St. Charles and not looking for the quaint Main Street section.

In the Lou for a girls getaway. This restaurant did not disappoint. This district itself was cool and vibin. Prasino totally matched the vibe of this district. The decor is cool and upscale but not stuffy. Lots of women were here brunchin, lunchin and celebrating bdays and brides. I knew we were in the perfect spot. Heather was our server. She was outstanding. Every recommendation was on point. She even recommended an off the menu cocktail that she created. Ask her about. Vegetarian options, food sources are local. Everything was delicious. Good sized portions. Sammys, bennys, tacos, nachos, scrambles, salads and more. We didn't have a reservation but there was no wait in the bar or patio area. Tip: they only accept reservations more than a hour from time of booking. Extensive wine collection. I'd definitely come back.
